We are excited to announce our recent move from the greater London area to sunny Florida. Since 2020, We've been crafting cheese in our basement, refining techniques, experimenting with flavors, and building a quiet but dedicated passion for the art.
Now, I'm preparing to bring my creations to the Orlando metro area. With a planned location in Longwood, FL (TBD), Uncle Charles Cheese Emporium is expected to open this summer.
